Booking successfully!
This email is very important because it contains some essential indications for the success of the game. Read the following instructions carefully:
Show up at the front door at least 15 minutes before the booked time, because there will be a small briefing, where you and your companions will receive information about the room and remove watches and mobile phones.
Punctuality is essential, after your game other teams of players will play after you. The schedule of the day cannot be changed, so every minute lost will be removed from your playing time.

Some useful information:
Inside the room you will find different objects, LOOK and TOUCH everything! To get out you do not need to move furniture or heavy objects, or use other elements to climb somewhere.
You will find some glass or ceramic objects; these are to be used but use them with great caution!
There are also a number of items that cannot be touched, these are not part of the game and are unequivocally labelled.
Touch everything, search everywhere, think out loud and communicate with your teammates.
In case you need help, you may ask for clues from the staff.
Know that all rooms are video-monitored by staff.
We remind you that teams of players under the age of 12 must be accompanied by one adult!
The payment must be made in cash before the game begins.

If you have to cancel your booking, please send us an email at least 24 hours before the start of your game time, at info@blockati.ch.
Cancellation within 24 hours of start time will be subject to 50% up to 100% of the booking price. No shows will be charged the full amount.
